I do think what if someone had told me or you that who we are is enough. Good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, kind enough - all of the enoughs.

I think we'd be a lot healthier. Which is why I did it for my daughter.

The beautiful thing about it is that every parent has enough money ($30 or so) and can make enough time to do this type of thing for their daughters (and sons too). And every daughter can benefit in really profound ways from this type of positive acknowledgement of who they ARE.

I checkd out mypublisher.com and the books can be used for so many things. I will definitely use this in the future.
