There’s been improvements but discrimination and disdain towards girls is still everywhere.
It’s become worse post 9-11 – people that were hiding their rampant sexism and racism decided to use 9-11 as an excuse to be more open about it.
I am bi-racial and female – neither of those things are crimes or “wrong” and i should not be a target for ignorant bigotry.
