Coaching sessions can be conducted via Skype, email, phone or in person if you live in the East Texas area.

I have personal experience with depression and debilitating anxiety, post-partum depression, post-traumatic stress, obesity, co-dependence, and addiction.

None of that effects me or impacts my life now.

Instead I experience a life full of joy, abundance, financial stability, loving relationships, ambition and hope. This feels better.
