Miranda (10) is Cerberus, the three-headed dog that guards the gates of Hell in mythology. Ivy, (5) wanted to be a Murloc. That’s a fish-like creature from the World of Warcraft game. Handmade by mom.

All costumes are fantastic! The Dalmatian looks like the easiest to wear so she gets my vote.

I don’t even WANT to know WHAT the hungry toilet eats…

The dalmation – including hair made into ears and face painted to complete the look – is cute enough to want to pet her head! Nice job by a creative parent!

The little Dalmatian, won my heart, what a cutie and if I do say very original.

The dalmatian gets my vote for thrift, creativity, and not needing explanation. Kudos to all these moms for going outside the usual storebought options.
