Tracee,

Just visited their site and voting appears to be closed for now and open again on 2/25. Here's the current msg there:

"The nominating period for the Scholastic Parent & Child Mommy Blogger awards is now closed. Thank you!
UPDATE: Wow! You nominated more than 500 great blogs! To give each one the attention it deserves — and because we're enjoying them so much — we're going to take a few more days before announcing our finalists. We'll then turn it over to you to pick the cream of the crop. So come back to Scholastic.com/parents on February 25 to vote for your favorites!"

I still need to vote for you. Please remind me to do so on 2/25.

I am still catching up after a very rough month including a trip to see in-laws where I got extremely ill and wasn't sure how I'd be able to travel back home, a funeral, a Dr saying "go" to the emergency room but me saying "no", etc.

Now my daughter is sick (vomited 3 Xs tonight). It's been interesting here! Had to replace starter on my van so I wouldn't get stranded in sub-zero temps. Flood in basement from when the snow melted. Fun stuff like that.

So I'm all off-kilter and behind on EVERYTHING!!! I'm not ignoring you...

I just installed TweetDeck tonight (love it)! Saw a msg from you on twitter that you nominated me for something. Was it this contest?? I can't tell since Scholastic site has basically shut down that portion until 2/25.

In any event, let me know if that is what you meant.

Wish I'd installed TweetDeck sooner. Holy cow!!

I look forward to voting for you on 2/25! Remind me, please!

Jeanne
